Wrentham Parish Council expressed concerns to Suffolk County Councillor Tony Goldson about No. 26 High St, Wrentham. There is scaffold erected because renovations are being carried out, and the structure appeared to encroach on to the Highway. The Parish Council had previously tried to contact the owner sometime ago with no successful outcome, and so the matter was elevated to the County Council. Suffolk County Councillor Tony Goldson organised boundary checks with Suffolk Highways and liaised with the owners of the premises. The scaffolding has now been re-sited nearer to the building leaving the highway clear. Chairman of the Parish Council Ian Watson said that he was very pleased with the action taken by County Councillor Goldson.
