Precept (Tax set by Parish Councils) November 2019

Around November of each year, Town and Parish Councils have to think about their income and outgoings and decide how much to ask residents to pay for the coming Financial year (1st April - 31st March).     The amount of precept a council gets is determined by a number of factors including the number of residents, and how many of them live in Band D properties, plus the amount the Parish Council assesses as being required.

Wrentham comes under Suffolk Coastal Constituency which covers an area from Kessingland and Halesworth along the Coast to Felixstowe. .  The current Member of Parliament for our area is Dr Therese Coffey (Conservative).
